It’s the same one I had before. My previous one lasted 20 years. The packaging was dusty it was hard to tell the new one accessories from the old one except by the dust. I rarely used it just to clear the drain every now and then. It sounds quieter than the last one I had. I don’t throw food in the garbage disposal I throw it in the garbage. I did some research and it depends on the amount of people in your household and use you should purchase the HP to accommodate the household. This contributed to my purchase. Also I wouldn’t have to worry about extra fittings and all that. I hope this one lasts.

The garbage disposal is very quiet. Fairly easy to install. However, it requires a plug which should in all honesty be included, but isn’t. The plug is an additional cost and sold separately.

Perfect replacement, to rotate and put it in place just use the rubber hammer so much easier than the screwdriver.
