Easy install, great features

Super easy installation. Has all the features of the name brand versions (Toto & Tushy) but approximately half the price. Water pressure is better than my friends Toto unit. Seems to be of similar quality as the name brand models. I recommend if you’re looking at getting into a nice clip on bidet.

It is good. The heater hits one side, so you have to adjust to get the other side to dry. Also, it doesn't dry all of you. You will still need to wipe dry.

Great item!

This item is a must if you have problems with wiping do to getting older are just cant use youe arm as good as you use to. Bought this for my wife. The heated seat is a plus has a blower and 3 different sprays was easy to install and have 2 type for the type of toilet you have we had a round toilet. Hooked the water hoses up. I had to get a different T for my toilet hose, but other than that hook up hoses and plug in. Also by the way has a adjuster on the heat level fot the seat,water and blower. Worth the money and will get another one in the future for the guess bathroom.

feel so much cleaner

Wish I knew about this earlier! My bum feels so much cleaner using water to clean. Now its uncomfortable for me to travel if there is not bidet. This fits beautifully and perfectly over my toilet. I'm not that handy but installing it on my own was not a problem. I'm trying to get my 4yo who suffers from constipation from time to time to try out the smartbidet but once hes comfortable wiping his butt with tp first on his own, ill try asking him again when hes a little older.

Have had no problems with unit. Installed it 1 week ago and it was very easy to install. Comfortable and easy to use. I just wish it had a night light. Except for the lack of a night light this meets all expectations, not like the first 3 errors with the order process.

Seems to be working well. Pretty easy to install.

Great bidet seat

I purchased my first one of these SmartBidet seats for my wife back in 2018. When COVID happened in 2020 I decided to spend the money I was saving in gas not having to commute on a few home reno items and purchased 3 more of these for the rest of my bathrooms. These seats continue to be one of the best purchases I've made to date.

MAKES EVERYTHING SO EASY

I purchased this bidet because I am a 70 yr old woman who had shoulder surgery recently. I’m so happy with this SmartBidet. I loved that it had warm water, a dryer & worked with a remote control.

Simple to assemble and install. Works GREAT. Far better than the less-expensive, non-powered ones.

Watch out they are terrible getting money back.

the bidet doesn't work. It sprays toward the inside of commode. instead of spraying up to clean your butt. I am having a terrible time getting my money back. So be ware of this company. They sell though Walmart. they don't back it like Walmart. So wish my luck that I get my money back.They want pictures I am 75 years old I do not know how to send pictures on Email. and they don't care.

I love this so much that I bought a new one for my new house when I moved. The different settings are wonderful and the temperature works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this product!

Does not fit.

Got everything assembled. Went to bolt down to toilet and there was insufficient distance from tank to allow bolts to go vertically thru holes and connected.

Great bidet. Was easy to install. The remote works great. Love the warm water and warm seat, also the dryer. I had a regular bidet which worked well but when I updated by bathroom I had an electric outlet placed to have a warm water bidet. So happy I did!!
