Disappointed

Unfortunately, I did not see the toilet until it was installed and therefore didn’t notice the irregular glazing and finish abnormalities. It looks like a cheap reject or a second. Installed today, removed tomorrow. Waste of time and money.

I would love to have written a review if it arrived in one piece. Best part about it was having to box it up and cart it over to FedEx to send back (that was sarcasm in case you missed it). Even though Wayfair received these pictures, they still demanded it to be sent back . The whole point in getting a toilet delivered was so I would not have to lift it. They just caused me more pain and suffering, lifting the thing and getting it in my car to the FedEx office! I’m afraid to see what I’m in for with my pending vanity order…

Missing hardware

I bought this toilet set last week at Home Depot. Today we were ready to install it, unfortunately some of the hardware were missing. We had to go to the hardware store to buy what we needed to install the toilet set. Other than that I love it, is perfect for me.

Great toilet brand

Purchase this toilet brand for my bathroom. love it , it is quiet and does not use a lot of water. I recommend this brand and style.

This is an affordable, well designed, attractive, water saving toilet with powerful flushing action. I'm glad I purchased it.

The seats are not good

They operated great. The only negative part are the toilets have very flimacy.

Plastic toilet seat, really?

When you buy American Standard, you expect a higher standard. Now I have to go buy the wooden slow close for another $40 to replace the cheap plastic thing that came with this toilet

Look nice, but flushing is another story!

It's a nice looking toilet and it takes up less space, but part of the reason it does is because the tank does not hold as much water as traditional toilets of the past. It also has a lower gallon per flush ratio, so if you drop a big load into it (if you catch my drift) it may not flush all the way down with one flush, as we've discovered. We bought two of these, one came out of the box damaged due to what appears to be shipping damage, so it's going back. Shame on Lowe's for passing it off to us with our order as in fine shape (the box had visible damage and the employee that helped me load it on my truck promised me he had checked it and that the toilet was perfectly fine!)! Wrong!

Perfect toilet for any home

Elegant looking toilet. Easy to install and works like a dream. American Standard never disappoints.

Very nice looking and conserves water

This was a replacement for a very old inefficient toilet. It is super sleek and wasn’t difficult to install. It uses very little water to flush and is attractive and I hope it lasts a long time.

Disappointing

We had 3 of these installed 2 years ago and have had to replace the flush seal on each one due to leaking.

Need a high quality small footprint toilet?

It had the smallest footprint which works best in my tiny bathroom

Quality product

Excellent product. Easy to install. Tank comes with flush valve and everything else already attached. The wax floor flange it comes with is a little cheap. I bought a better one. Very happy with this toilet overall.

Arrived in perfect condition, only complaint is not everyone's toilet faces against a back wall due to space constraints. Missing paint on back of toilet bowl.
