Worth every penny

I recently moved and brought my bidet attachment to my new place, only to find it did not fit the elongated toilet in the bathroom. I am very satisfied with the BioBidet Slim Zero! Installation was very easy, the slow close seat and lid are a nice touch, as is the built-in nightlight. It has plenty of water pressure to ensure you get clean. Highly recommended!

Moves when you move!

I had high hopes for this bidet seat, but I wouldn’t recommend it. This bidet seat does what it advertises, but: 1) installation isn’t as straight forward as it appears (the connector is hard to get on straight; 2) no matter how much I tighten the bracket, the seat moves around and 3) it’s too easy to turn on the bidet water accidentally. I’ve removed the seat from the bracket 3 times to try to tighten it so that the seat doesn’t move. Each time it slides around after I use it a couple of times.

The t-valve is a fail and low quality product

It took me half an hour to uninstall my old bidet and install this one only to find out that the provided t-valve leaks from the nut that connects it to the tank. I had no such issues with the previously installed t-valve but this one just doesn't get tight enough no matter what you do to seal the connection with the flush tank. I would've used the old t-valve but then the connecting hose to bidet is of a different size. Also the T-valve has a metal nut and not a plastic finger nut as in manual

This is a wonderful non-electric bidet. The design is sleek. The install was simple and easy. Best of all, it works just as it should! I have been recommending it to all my friends.

I purchased this bidet after returning a previous brand. The Slim Zero looks great and gets the job done.

A long time comming

I installed a SlimEdge attachment Bidet in my home 6 months ago & liked it so much I installed a Slim Zero bidet toilet seat in my motorcoach. Both of these products were very easy to install & work exactly as they should. There's No going back to the "Old" way of taking care of business on the "Throne"!!

Always wanted a bidet since I returned from Dubai, finally purchased this brand and my plumber installed it immediately upon arrival. It works great. Love the light

Works Well—When it Works... (No replacement parts]

We bought this unit about two years ago. It worked well for about 18 months, the unit has some design flaws:

Bought this bidet a few years ago and never worked correctly. tried calling bio bidet to get parts to fix this toilet bidet, but could never reach anybody the vowel that lets the water in underneath the seat has never been correct I tried to buy replacements cannot find

Excellent non-electric bidet seat

Easy to use and reasonably priced. The t-valve didn't work with our toilet but the plumber we used was able to use a different t-valve. Keep this in mind if you are installing this seat on your own.

Bidet feature: great; seat: meh

Not having an outlet available, I was limited to non-electric versions. Despite my nervousness of cold water, I found it not to be an issue. In the Pacific Northwest, ground water is often cold, however, it's not like submerging a body part in freezing water, but a small stream. While the nightlight is a nice feature, I found that I didn't need it.
