Love the concept, but the humidity sensor doesn’t work effectively. I’ve replaced it twice now with 7 months of use. Often the fan runs when there is no way that the bathroom has 80% humidity, the factory default setting and other times it doesn’t start up even when the bathroom mirror is fogged up.

Fan is much louder than expected and as others have indicated, auto humidity control doesn't work well. Bought as a replacement during bathroom remodel that took longer than expected. Would return if I still had that option.
