I had to return the remote for the air conditioner and get a new one

Lost all of it Freon just like the 10.000 btu that bought just before this one there’s something wrong with this company’s

Hot air

The AC cod arrived damaged but I was assured all is well. The AC does not blow cold air and I am now in the process of trying to rectify. I don’t have any faith that PC Richards will make it right so I’m contacting Friedrich directly

LG 12000 BTUs

Actually, I swapped from the rather loud Freidrich to the LG 12000 BTUs. An excellent machine that is powerful and ULTRA quiet. Great installation team. Very reliable and competent. I'm planning to upgrade my way too loud living room machine next month.

Received unit with major damage

PC RIchards delivered a unit with gashes in the condenser fins and also on the screen under the panel, and damage to the condenser, which makes a loud clicking sound. It was delivered without a proper box, just on a cardboard sled with the top part of the box strapped onto it so that it appeared to be proper box, but clearly had been opened, and in fact, the rail was already attached to the unit, which also shows I did not received a new unit. I'm attaching picture of the visible damage, but as I said, there is also damage to the condenser causing it to click loudly. In the past I have used PC Richards for all appliances, but never again.
