The first one we ordered just quit on us after 2 days. Vevor replaced it, but it took a few weeks of negociations before we received our replacement. The second unit is functioning, but the heating adjustment is not very user-friendly. I believe the control module might be of poor quality.

Ordered different brand and got what i didnt want

I ordered a Vevor before, twice, and they lasted under a year. They do not honor warranties. I purchased from walmart and a different name brand was listed. When I received it, it was a Vevor and was desperate for a stove so I had it installed none the less. Im hoping that if it fails, walmart has a better warranty than they do. Vevor is not a good brand for longevity.

Really good product heats up very well my only minor complaint that I can live with is the big circle burner in the middle as opposed to putting it in the corner and increasing the size of two of them slightly. Besides, shipping was great and came in 8 days, so the good packaging was secure.

Works like a charm. I installed it myself modifying the countertop opening and hooking up to my existing wiring.

Delivered it broken! Very poor customer service from Walmart and seller as well. Seller only reply after 24 hrs. And don’t give solution

Depuis plusieurs années je cherchais une plaque à induction qui n'exigeait pas de devoir changer tout mon circuit électrique de 30 ampères, 240 V bi-phasé, en fil de cuivre #8 qui fut installé dans la plupart des maisons construites en 1985. Ceci était le critère principal de mon achat, outre le prix. Cette plaque n'a besoin, quand les 4 ronds sont au max, que 7500 watts.

After eight months it had major problems .

The heating steps between burners is not adequate. For example: to fry an egg on heat range two is too slow. To fry the egg on number 3 is too hot. After eight months something went wrong. One burner stopped working . The other burners would not work on the lower temperatures or the higher temps.
