Oversized; boxey looking

I really wanted to love this unit, but it was way too large for my smaller, country kitchen. A hood vent that extends over the entire stove just looks overpowering.

Amazing value for this Zline package!

I bought this Zline appliance package a few weeks from Premium Home Source. Everything came super fast we received the entire package in under 1 week. My kitchen got an entire facelift! Im shocked by how well things turned out these appliances look and function exactly like a Viking but for over half the price! I love my new Zline kitchen thank you Premium Home Source!!

I purchased this hood for an outdoor grilling area. I love the hood options. However the filters will NOT stay in place. The design for how the filters are installed is to be kind, extremely poor. I paid a lot for this hood. I would not recommend it because of the filter issue. Very unhappy customer!

Beautiful!

This vent is a beast! Between 2 experienced men it took way over 8 hours to install. The inclination in wall and attic space didn’t help. But after install it’s beautiful. Works as expected. Very fast shipping.

Worth the Wait!

This is my 2nd package that I bought from Premium Home Source and had to wait only 2 weeks for the entire thing to arrive! Premium Home Source was great keeping me updated on the schedule. The burners are amazing and powerful. The oven cooks the most even of all my professional ranges in the past. The rest of the appliances match the set perfectly. I love this appliance package. This range is the real deal. Super high quality. And everything is accurate. The burners go from very very hot to a very low simmer. And the oven works to perfection. We ordered the fridge, dishwasher, etc. to go with it, which made it look better. Expensive but built to last.

The perfect package for us

How I came to selecting this Company and Appliance package is kind of relevant. Our previous Range by a well known manufacturer was considerably more expensive, about the same size and had fancy display... Great while it lasted. Unfortunately, the microprocessor chip on the controlee panel went bad. Not covered by warranty, replacement board not available, sent off for repair to two different repair facilities both returned unable to acquire the "microprocessor chip".

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.

Amazing ZLINE Package

I absolutely love my new ZLINE appliances. I bought this appliance package from Premium Home Source about 4 months ago and waited until I got a chance to use them before writing my review. They look beautiful; clean lines, and they all match beautifully. The quality is excellent. I was nervous about making such a big purchase on line but couldn't come close to the price locally. After reading the reviews on Premium Home Source, I had the confidence I needed to make the purchase. I highly recommend both Premium Home Source and ZLINE appliances. The appliances were delivered when promised in excellent condition for a fantastic price.

Great package at a great price

The appliances were great. They looked great and are very functional for this home. Oredering through Premium Home Source is a breeze as well. The only issue is having to wait for them to arrive (which we expected due to COVID). It took roughly three weeks to get our order. So plan accordingly. We work on houses so will definetly use them again.

Looks Restaurant Style powerful suction

This hood is for serious cooking at the same time less noise compare to others in market. More over the size makes the kitchen looks big and professional. Most in the market are 24 inches and doesn't cover the entire range. This one does. Glad we choose the right hood. Hoods are installed only once where as ranges can be changed as many times. The shipping came in a crate and well packed. Kudos to Packing team.

Great appliance package

Great appliances. They all arrived on schedule. Installations went well. I wasnt sure about ZLINE since I never heard of the brand, but Premium Home Source had an extended warranty, so that made me feel great.. Right now we couldnt be happier. The pricing on this package with Premium Home Source was unbeleivable - way cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe's. Each appliance seems to be of excellent quality.

DIY ZLINE Ducted Wall Mount Range Hood

After shopping and reviewing products for many weeks I settled on the ZLINE Outdoor Range Hood. It appeared to have the best quality materials and components at an affordable price. I purchased the ZLINE to exhaust smoke from my built-in 32in Paradise Grill. When our home was built I had the builder stub out with a through the roof 8in duct. DIY installation took a couple of days but I was very pleased with the results. The ZLINE provided ducting, after a little modification to shorten it, connected perfectly with the existing ducting. I've used the Range Hood venting several times and it seems to pull the smoke off adequately. The vent fans are a little noisy at the highest speed but it's better than having the cooking area full of smoke. The four star rating is because of the noise. I would recommend this vent hood.

Great Hood! Quiet and really sucks!

Purchased the hood with the remote blower with dual motors. Well worth the investment since we purchased a Wolf range top that required more 1200 cfm hood. Vented out through the roof with blower in cubby hole above kitchen. Looks great and keeps the cooking odors out of the rest of the house. Pretty easy to install if you plan it out before hand.

Honest Review - Real Customer.

I bought the full Zline package from here (Home Outlet Direct). I will review the other items separately (same review) to help others (and Zline). First, Home Outlet DIrect was great. Good price. Good service. They seem legit and honest. Zline appliances are "good" but could be better with attention to simple detail. I own a pretty big company and it's the simple things that count and Zline could easily transition to being a true high end appliance name if they just paid attention.

Awesome silent and powerful

I bought this hood because I was tired of the food critic (smoke alarm) going off one minute after I started cooking. Now my house is cleaner and no residual cooking smell and so quiet, even at top fan speed. I rarely need the fan at full power because the hood is so efficient at drawing out the smoke and grease. After you hit the off button the fan continues sucking out the air for 3 minutes and then automatically turns off. The lights are powerful enough to see what you are cooking even if the kitchen lights are off. The design is beautiful I have received many complements. I loved that you can get an optional crown molding to have a finished look.. I had this remote 1200 CFM hood professionally installed and the installers told me it was an easy install and very light since the motor Is not inside the actual fan but located in my attic. I have a very small kitchen and the 36” hood looks fabulous in it. I looked all over at different brands and am so happy with my choice . It was one of the few brands that offers a truly powerful professional hood at a great price Many options and fabulous looks.

Beautiful Unit, that really works!

I recently purchased and installed the ZLINE 696-36 Wall Range Hood. The first unit that arrived did have an issue in which one of the rear inside "hip" corners of the unit was loose and out of position. A phone call and several photos and ZLINE customer Service shipped a new unit, and shipping bill for the original unit which was picked up and returned.

I called the company and there was nothing they could do as they all come in with this blue film. It was a nightmare and took about 4 to 5 hours for my wife and I to remove the film. See the attached pictures. Had I not already had the hood installed I would likely have returned it. I do not know what a contractor would do with this except to bill more for the time this takes.
