[Rewarded Review] Its a cooktop

Really like it for the most part. It gets pans hot as designed. My only complaint is the clustering of the controls makes it hard to clean without taking them all off. Also I don’t want to use the WiFi but frequently enable it while cleaning.

Awesome Cooktop

I am so pleased with this cooktop. I renovated my kitchen and its replacing a 25 year old Whirlpool that still works. The clean up has been so much easier. You have to use the ceramic cleaner, for lighter spots I just dab with a damp sponge. I do wish that features like melt and simmer were available on the full size eyes. It's beautiful and it was hard to give of the old one but I gained a 12 inch eye. I am using 14.5 inch skillets so it's perfect.

I bought this a month ago to replace a GE profile cooktop and really like it. Easier to clean and much easier to regulate temp.

Have had this cooktop for 6 years, after 3 years the biggest burner stopped working. Samsung is impossible to deal with for service. Pretty frusterating when you have over $10k worth of appliances from them in your home and this is the 3rd appliance to have problems.

I had this bad boy

I had to replace it twice in the midst of summer.... it was terrible. Then a month after the guarantee was over it stop working. A lot of money for something that needed to be discarded, and fill our landfills. I will never ever purchase a Samsung refrigerator for as long as I live. This company needs better engineers. As of now, they suck!

Cooktop fit perfectly into our previous opening and is a pleasure to use. It heats up very quickly and has numerous burner size and temperature settings.

Nice but hard to keep clean

This is my first glass electric cooktop and it works well but it’s hard to keep clean.

We’ve had this for several months now and would only change one thing...I wish it was possible to pull the knobs up a little more. That would make them easier to clean under. Clean up is easy with a product we buy at one of the “big box” stores. Eyes heat up and cool down quickly. I was not able to get the wifi connection to work, but the customer service agent was trying to be helpful. I just did not have the time to continue our conversation...maybe I’ll try at another time. Installation was east too.

[Rewarded Review] Not very reliable

After about 1.5 years of usage, two burners stopped working. The repair estimate came out to be over $700.. the equipment looked great but i was disappointed that it broke so soon. I still have 2 burners to use but i now have to buy a new burner.
