Unit was delayed in shipping and shipped broken. Brought it back to Home Depot and another Unit wasn’t available.

Tenant said it was working great.

It's doing the job of keeping my garage temp at 78.

Units do a good job for space

This unit truly is for small spaces

Paid for 12,000 BTU, recieved 10,000 BTU

Received a 10,000 BTU with a note stating that the 12,000 BTU was out of stock and that i would receive a free 3 year warranty and a $50 check. Now they did this without contacting me and giving me an option of canceling my order. Plus I have called the number on the note multiple times about the $50 check and either get the run around or no call back. To this day have not received the $50 check.

It does not cover the 750 Sq. Ft. as specified in the online information.

Remote will not work on the unit. HD should stop carrying this company as they do not have customer service. Multiple phone calls to them with no response. Unit lists as 10k BTU, but it is also listed as 14k BTU.

It is quiet and efficient.

Product shipped to me was not what I ordered, but less BTUs. I accepted the product because you said your supply was depleted of the one I ordered. My $50 check you offered hasn't arrived yet either.

Customer service

I’ve been trying to get a hold of anybody for the warranty since June 20. It is now August 11 and still no response. I call leave my name and number response. I email no response. Totally unacceptable and I opened up a ticket two weeks ago and still no response

This is great. Very easy to operate and cools a large area!

The unit is performing far better then we expected

This unit was not capable of cooling an air conditioned room. I bought this to help co my office which was air conditioned but I prefer a cooler temp than the rest of the office. This unit was not capable of lowering the temperature of a 200 sq ft room even 1 degree evem though it did at first blow slightly cooler then room temp air.. It was properly vented out a window and fully sealed. The units compressor totally failed after 2 weeks of usage.
