I would buy this product again

This was used when our only AC home unit went out. It really helped cool it down for us. I like the remote control feature, as well. It kept a larger room at least ten degrees cooler. #sweepstakes

Works well to make a room cool but dont expect to have it on while you sleep. Once the unit reaches the desired temperature it will switch to fan mode but once the temperature inevitably rises it clicks on a deep, booming stream of cold air that is sure to jolt you awake. Small living room? Perfect. Nightmare for a restful night.

Perfect Portable AC

Absolutely love it! Easy to install and not as loud as traditional window units. I bought it to keep our living room cool since its the hottest room of our apartment, but it keeps the living room and dining room cold! The features are easy to use on the unit and remote. Best purchase I have made in a very long time!

AMANA, I expected it would be good, and it is. Very nice appearance. Silent in operation. Went right to work with no hassle. I am probably going to buy a second unit, and soon.

I was very disappointed with this and not returning at because I discarded the Box and packing materials. It will cool a medium size room and that's it. I have a relatively small and open floor plan and it will not cool the area. A window air conditioner is much better.

Good AC Unitt

The ac unit we had to cool our Living room/ Dining Room/ Kitchen area does on us as were having extremely hot and muggy days. We needed to replace it. We ordered this unit as a replacement. It shipped very quickly and my husband had it set up and running in no time. He was worried it wouldnt cool as well as the machine it replaced, but it has definately cooled us off, and kept us comfortable in these hot and muggy temps. The only bad thing about this unit is that we find it quite noisy!! What can you do, though? Ill put up with the noise to be cool when its blazing hot out.

Really good unit. It is quiet and cools very well!

The weather is turning warm again so I decided to install this AC unit. It has not disappointed! It's not very easy to move with the coasters underneath but feels large and well built. It cools the room much better than my older unit. It has different speeds and is easy to program, and best feature is that you don't even lose the settings if you have to unplug and move it! Very sleek design and it looks great in the room.
