great value and great buy.

I absolutely love the new tub. I've always had big outdoor tubs. I do like to sit outside in the snow and cold. but this one is smaller, so I set it up in my basement. sofar I've used it every night. I'm looking forward to those cold nights and not having to go uncover the tub then freeze my ass off covering it back up.

This was a terrible purchase. wouldn't stay inflated, water leaked into the wall, lasted less than a year, no customer service at all, a total was of money please do not buy!

Poor quality and no manufacturer support!

Terrible quality! The material used in some of the components was absolutely sub-par. There were a few issues that could be overlooked when you consider the price point, like the cover tie downs breaking and the decal on the control panel beginning to come off. The biggest issue was after about 7 months, the wall of the air chamber began to fill with water and also began leaking air. I determined that the leak was somewhere inside the tub and there is no way to access that since it sealed requiring an entire new tub. Per the manufacturer, the tub unit only has a 6 month warranty. I was a few weeks past the six month mark so they said there was nothing they could do. I decided to scrap the entire unit. Cutting the tub into smaller pieces for the trash, I discovered the problem. There is a small hose connecting two of the pieces inside the tub. This was broken in several places and was brittle and broke further in my hand. The question is, why would the manufacturer use such a poor quality hose on a critical part that is impossible to service? If you still want to buy on of these, look at the message boards and online videos. You will see that many have had this same problem.

Great Little Spa

Fast shipment. Easy set up and seem very sturdy. I have had it for a week, and everything is okay. I did put a cover over the whole hot tub since I was scared to have it sit directly in sun since its hot here in NC. I will probably take it down in the hotter months and bring it back out in the early fall to really enjoy it. It's like a big warm bath with good bubbles. Wish it had jets, but I feel this is a starter one till I can really afford a real one, and to see if I would really use. So far been in it 4 times, learning all the chemicals is hard but I'm sure will get easier. So far, a good buy and look forward to enjoying it more! I would recommend the quality of the pool seems very sturdy, you can sit on the edge even my 6'5 son 300 lbs. sat on the edge and nothing. I would recommend a tarp with cushion to set it on I used gym mats, and it gave it a lot of cushions so when sitting on the ground don't feel like you're on the ground. Keep the top on it to keep the heat in, once removed it drops 2 degrees. I would also recommend a set stool cause if your short or don't have long legs it can be a little trying to get in and out of.

Took me forever to put together. 3 weeks of intermittent trying for several hours trying to get the pump to connect to Wifi. No where does it tell you what chemicals to buy (get a whole spa kit w/1" chlorine tabs. No chlorine granules needed, dont buy them.

Loving it!

Have had this spa for a couple months now, really enjoying it. Had it setup in the middle of winter with no issues, temperatures as low as 7. My kids love it, great purchase.

Worthy item

First tub had a leak, they sent another that is working wonderfully. Worth the effort! Great customer service, lightening quick on the replies.

Must purchase!

We live in NC although the summer is super but the fall winter it gets cold. We have only lived here a year and I’m still not used to this cold. This hot tub is perfect! We do bromide in it cause I didn’t want to do chlorine in it. It’s definitely helping, I recommend buying extra filters on Amazon to help so we don’t have to clean them everyday. We just put in a bucket to soak and are perfect! If your a first time hot tub purchaser this is perfect start, the best thing we will be able to drain for the summer and put away since we have a pool and gets warm enough for the evenings we wouldn’t need the hot tub in the summer. We also have it in our garage, we got the mat at lowes for it.

Honestly I'm mad at myself for not buying this sooner, it works far better than I thought. So far it's not hard to maintain. Only knock I'd give it is the filters go fast, so buy some extra.

Don’t buy-broke after 3 wks and seller won’t help

Bought this and it worked great at first. Then started getting an E02 error message. Looked up all possible issues and nothing worked to fix it. Seller said outside of 30 day return window and refused to help. Search this product and E02 error message and you’ll see this is a common problem with this product. Wish I had done so before spending so much on a useless and broken product.

Love these jacuzzis. I bought this one to replace my old one, same brand. It lasted 3 continuous years outside in South Florida. It eventually got a small leak and I couldn’t find it. They’re so cheap that I decided to just buy another one.

Error code issue

We have continued to get an error code telling us there is low flow so the pump shuts down. To fix this we have to remove the filter.

The only reason I'm giving it a 4, is due to temperature was only 50 not 39 and had problems with ER3....meaning was too chilly for the settings to work. Other than that... WE LOVE IT! So comfy and therapeutic!!!!
