The disposal is well made and came with easy to follow installation directions. It is almost silent when operating and I think a great value for the small price. I was able to install the new disposal in about an hour, even though I've had no experience in installing one. Great product with great customer service when ordering. The dimensions, plumbing outlets, and electrical locations are to the exact specs used for the E20, so if you're replacing the E20, it should take less than 20 minutes to install. You will not need to alter your plumbing or electrical if you use the E202 to replace the Emerson E20. Good value for the price. Very pleased.

Our 2.5 year old home came with the E101 disposal, which is 1/3 HP. The E101 quit working and we decided to go with the E202, which is 1/2 HP. Install was a breeze and took about 7-10 minutes in total time. Performance: the E202 is a beast. Chews through everything and its almost whisper quite. The E101 was much louder than the E202. Couldnt be happier with the E202. Im glad we opted for more HP.

Compact disposal

I purchased this disposal for my outdoor kitchen. It required my plumber to hardwire the base. The flange is not as sturdy as other models. 1/2 horsepower delivers great results. Fit nicely under a smaller sink with a small access panel.

This unit is powerful and would grind a tree trunk if it had to. We are thrilled with it. As disposals go, it is so quiet it's hard to tell sometimes when the refuse has been ground away.

Great garbage disposal! Nice and powerful for the job.Simple and easy to put in. If you have problems working above you head while lying on your back , get help. I bought this to replace my old one which died. In my opinion this disposal works way better than I expected for the price and brand. I highly recommend this disposal!
