Excellent Product

We purchased this unit through Lowes. Our first two choices were unavailable and it took 2 weeks for this one to become available. After that, the process worked smoothly and we are excited to have this in our kitchen and it is working just right.

Love the oven, hate the burners

I love the french door oven, but the burners are pretty bad. The non-20K burners maintain high burn until you almost reach low. Only the last 20% of the know rotation is used to lessen the flame. I contacted support, sent them a clear video, and they told me that it was doing what it was designed to do. I told them that it was a broken design if medium on the knob isn't medium flame. They essentially told me to deal with it. The 20K burner is only slightly better because it has a separate mid point for when the main burner turns off.
