It doesn’t work

We were so excited to get a touchless faucet. But this one is possessed. It goes and and off without prompting. It doesn’t work as advertised. It’s a total disaster.

Buyer beware... Steam triggers sensor!

Loved this touchless faucet...until it was time to do the dishes. My issue is that steam from the hot water activates the sensor and it keeps shutting off (and on) independently. Very frustrating, and somewhat dangerous if the steam starts the hot water flow and your hand is underneath it. I cannot find any fixes to alter the sensitivity of the sensor, and trying to move the faucet out of the way of the steam doesn't work with my double sink layout.

It keeps not working

I bought this faucet over a year ago for my parents' home renovation and installed 10 months ago due to construction delays. From the start, the wave function didn’t work. Despite Kohler sending parts twice and a new faucet, it still failed. Finally, Kohler hired a plumber to install another replacement, but the wave function keeps breaking—today, it stopped altogether. This is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed and too exhausted to call Kohler again after hours on the phone over this issue.

Looks Nice, Has Issues

It looks beautiful but it sometimes goes on and off without warning (we have the hands-free model). This was a replacement for the first one that was sent that did not work at all. I like the look and the functionality of the different streams of water, but the "ghost" on/off is lousy. My husband and I sat at the kitchen table and watched it go on and off, on and off, on and off. We were across the room.

Touchless has stopped in a little over a year. Very disappointed with Kohler.

Disappointed in the product. The sensor didn’t work so Kohler sent a new one. Overall the product feels cheap although it was expensive. Would not recommend.

Very elegant and I love that we do not have to touch the faucet while cooking.

Kohler disappointem

After waiting for about almost 6 months I finally received my Faucet , kind of disappointed I didn’t get the white gloves treatment , I bought faucets for hundred of dollars less and it came with a pair of white gloves for installation , , lol

when it works it's fantastic

This faucet is such an enhancement to a home-baker's dream kitchen. It was installed by a plumber in July 2022 and worked well until a few weeks ago. The water pressure mysteriously becomes a dribble on either hot or cold intermittently when the water is turned on. Getting concerned about reliability.

Water quit flowing mid stream

This faucet doesn’t work and must be replaced. When you turn it on, the water stops flowing. The neck is not stable and moves back and forth by 1/2 inch difference. It is not stable and this is a horrible choice for a faucet. Mine has been replaced a few days after installation. Don’t waste your money.

Love this but is it faulty?

We bought this touchless faucet for our kitchen remodel. The plumber has fitted it and everything works but the when we pull down and return the hose back to it’s place the upper part of the faucet lifts off and extremely loose. The whole upper part (goose neck part of the faucet) lifts right off the base when returning the pull down hose.Is this a fault with the faucet? If not a fault and this is by design then we will look for a replacement

Faucet is excellent quality and performs great. However, don’t buy gold finish. Body of the faucet is made of two different finishes and it’s not the same gold color. Not to mention it doesn’t match gold sink strainer basket finish. Had to return it and get stainless steel. That one is uniform in appearance and matches stainless steel basket strainer from Kohler. If you have a large sink and need a faucet that can reach every corner and performs great this is the one to buy!

Outstanding and multi talented sink faucet

Excellent design with varied and effective spray options. Extendable hose is very flexible and retracts easily and secured magnetically without difficulty.

Disappointed with Product

I ordered this faucet and it was defective and had to be put in the override function. Kohler shipped replacement parts to be installed to try and fix the issue, the faucet still didn't work.
