Curved tank design

Excellent product and customer service

This toilet looks sleek and flushes well. The tank lid was dented and noticed after install. The customer service was amazing: quick and shipped a replacement lid promptly. Highly recommend brand!!

Great toilet

I had this toilet professionally installed, and was told it was not the easiest installation. However, it's been in use now about 6 months and I love it. I wanted something super easy to clean, and this fits the bill (both inside the bowl and the base). The dual flush works great so far.

Very sleek upgrade - great customer service

First one had no holes in base for the flange bolts. Horow's customer service was great, sent the receipt and pictures of the problem, they shipped a replacement immediately. The install is more difficult, it’s heavier and positioning over bolts is harder as the skirted design hides the holes. But it is worth the extra effort, once installed it looks great! The dual flush system is not only efficient but is also very effective at clearing the bowl and it's very quiet.

Great toilet and excellent customer service

We installed this for a recent master bath remodel. It's great looking, comfortable and seems to work well - totally satisfied. But after having it for a few weeks we noticed one of the soft close hinges on the seat seemed to be malfunctioning, so we reached out to customer service. They responded right away and were super nice and sent us a whole new seat. Toilet fixed and very happy with the really great customer service!

it's exactly what I wanted but did not realize it was not chair height I was looking for not happy with that, but it was my fault got to live with it now.

This toilet is great. Flushes great and quietly. I agree that the plastic seat cover is not strong enough for sitting on but the seat itself does not wiggle.

Tough to align the toilet with the bolts.

At 130 pounds, moving it around is definitely a 2-person job. Positioning the toilet over the mounting screws may require the eyes of a third person. We ended up placing the toilet over a couple of flat 2x4's on the ground to get the alignment correct before placement. It was helpful to have a thin grabber tool to hold the bolt upright as I used progressively thinner boards to lower the toilet to the floor. My install used a bidet seat instead of the supplied seat.

My toilet was missing some parts when delivered. Called Horow and they immediately responded, sent the parts and followed up with me. Horow knows how to treat customers right and I would buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.

STUNNING Black Toilet! Stylish and contemporary. I’m very picky and this model is hands down the best design I found on the market. Very comfortable seat and buttons work great. Looking for less abrasive cleaning products for it because some dye does come off. Do yourself a favor and get clear caulking for the seal- white looks terrible. Great customer service from Horow. Highly recommend this toilet.

Flimsy Seat

Overall I thought it was a good buy until I sat on the seat. The seat moves around and you have to adjust upon or after each use! Also the seat it doesn't cover the rim completely, like it is offset or something. Don't like it at all!

The finish isn’t quality nor is the seat. The flush water does a poor job of flushing and you have to flush twice which uses more water than a normal toilet.

Toilet is good, the seat is cheap plastic that is unstable

Not the most comfortable, but it sure does look good for a toilet!

This toilet looks and works great. Contractor said it was not that difficult to install, just needed to get aligned.

Horow dual flush toilets

Looks great and saves water with the 9.83/1.28 gal dual flush. Very powerful flush with a rating of 1000MaP. It was also easy to install.
