The inners had to be replaced immediately because the fluidmaster made a loud whistling noise every time we flushed.

Highline Tall

Just had this toilet installed. Good quality. Good function. Attractive. Not comfortable unless you are tall too. A little too tall for me, so I am slightly regretting this purchase. If you are considering, just make sure it works for you. If it were more comfortable for me I would give it 5 stars.

The height was fine however they did not tell me the toilet seat was not included . They did not have the biscuit color seat in stock. They substituted bone which doesn't match. It is also hard to flush.

Toilet is great but I had to buy a toilet seat separately which came as a surprise for a $700 toilet.

I purchased this toilet 4 months ago. This is the most uncomfortable toilet I have ever used. Yes, easy to sit and stand, but that's where it ends. 1.28 gpm is not enough to flush solid waste, so you "waste" water to flush more. The bowl is so shallow that you need to adjust to wipe. The seat seems narrower than most elongated types. I have had this toilet set 3 times, the flange replaced, and it still rocks. The toilet it replaced did not rock. I will be replacing this toilet again in the next few weeks. A waste of money.

Wayfair would do nothing about the replacement of this broken toilet tank top. They have shuffled me off to someplace called the stock market, despite the fact that I buy so much from Wayfair. I am now going to be looking elsewhere. So, Wayfair, was it really worth it to lose so much business because I didnt complain soon enough

Koehler high toilet

I am so happy with this purchase. I no longer have to struggle getting on and off my toilet. I actually put the riser from my old toilet on this new toilet as well but I think it would have been fine without it.

Horrible experience with Lowe's

Lowe's delivered only half of the toilet and the half I received was broken in the box. Took over 3 hours on the phone to get this issue resolved.

I purchased my highline extra tall arc toilet at Home Depot 6-24-2024 installed on the 26th. I really like it so far with the exception that as some reviews have stated the water level in the bowl is quite low so if you poop it sets toward the front of the bowl instead of in the water. Therefore when you flush it doesn't clean everything away. Not good. You have to clean with brush frequently or set very far back on the seat so as to hit the water. I was hoping that Koehler had cured this problem by that time I made my purchase but not! Really kind of a serious design flaw. It can be dealt with but quite inconveniently. If there had been another choice for a tall toilet I would have probably taken it.

Replaced all three toilets at once. No problems with any of parts. Very high quality.

Installation instructions were barely there. The canopy that covers the ceiling box (standard size) was TOO SMALL. Man is this light cheap-o. I am angry. What a piece of #@$%&*.

We have been buying Kohler products (Memoirs) for a long time and I have to say this is a great toilet if you like to slam dunk your hand every time you go! That said it's horribly designed! I would understand if I weighed 300 pounds but I'm only 110. It's very unfortunate cause we love Kohler and now we're out close to 400$ which is also outrageous! Kohler you need to do better!

Good investment.

As a senior it is easier for me to seat myself and stand. I like Lo-Flo conservation. But it has a whooshing sound. Don’t know if it leaks in flushing apparatus or what. Flushes just fine.
