Great Toilet, looks great, works great but watch out for manufacturing defects when delivered. We returned first delivery for glazing defect. Kohler quality control lacking.

Slow close is awesome but the seat itself is much more Comfortable than the one on my Kohler toilet. What a difference a seat makes!

Super easy to install and the handle has the water efficiency feature which I thought was pretty cool however, it doesn’t come with a toilet seat.

We ordered this as part of renovating our guest bathroom, wanting a two-flush toilet to save water, and this was the only 2-flush we could find that would fit our 10" rough-in. What a terrible disappointment! The unit clogs every time it has to handle non-liquid waste or toilet paper, it simply doesn't have enough flush power to push the material through adequately. I've tried everything - adjusting the water level of the flush, holding the handle down longer, etc. - and nothing helps.

Flushes quietly and am loving the taller seat. Good purchase.

It is decent. The flusher is a little weird and the shape is traditional. Also no lid or seat.

DYI installation in short rough-in went smoothly

The K-6393-0 (10" rough-in) was needed for a refit in an 60s era bathroom. The bowl and tank were in excellent condition at pickup. DYI installation was straight forward despite the single page of drawings and limited text instructions. The 8" distance from the outer edge to the drain resulted in 3/4" clearance of the tank from the wall. The tank installation took a bit of effort since the rubber bracket holding the tank-to-bowl bolts was quite still. Weight had to be put on the tank to provide sufficient clearance of the bolts to attach the nuts. The bolts needed to be tightened in a rotating cycle to make an even, tight fit. The initial attachment of the water supply line reminded me that pumping components should not be reused. After replacement, no leak. [A nice feature discovered from this was that there is a valve at the base of the tank. This made later installation of a bidet seat easier.]

Love the style of this toilet and it is very comfortable to sit on (chair height). We had this installed by Lowe's and would recommend.

Toilet shipped quickly and fit nicely with a nice finish which went well with the porcelain floor tile I ordered.
