Cooks Too Slow

This crock pot is very slow. I would not recommend it despite its good looks. After 8 hours of cooking on high I am having to take out 3 cups of vegetable stew and finish heating on the stove so we can have supper. Potatoes were not done in spite of cutting them in small dice. Longing for the cheaper brand I gave away .

Defective! Very hard to return because of Wayfair's policies.

Great slow cooker

I bought this slow cooker to replace my 35 years old one. This Kitchenaid one was highly recommended by ATK. No regrets! Just need to familiarize myself with the 3 settings as my old one only had 2 settings.

Great customer service

I bought a slow cooker that threw an error code right out of the box. Kitchen aid immediately sent another one and included a return label. Great customer service. This slow cooker keeps a great SLOW heat on low.

This slow cooker is perfect !

Arrived quickly and well packaged. This is just what I need. The bowl is much lighter than my previous slow cooker. Much easier clean and store. The display panel is perfect. Very intuitive!!

Sturdy, heats evenly, high quality, perfect size!

I searched for a long time for this and it's perfect. I looked at it in the store and it appeared too small but 6 quarts is more than enough. And it stores well too. I love it!

GREAT SIZE

Great variety of settings and size. The only change I'd make is snapped side handles for transporting in the car to dinners.

Awful. A lemon.

It didn't work. Brand new out of the box, it wouldn't even turn on. I learned this AFTER I loaded the crock with food. I went online looking for support and there was none. Weeks later, nobody from support contacted me to offer help or an apology. I returned it to the store I bought it from. And needless to say, this was my first AND last Kitchenaid purchase.

No gasket lid doesn’t seal!!!!!!!

I got this slow cooker this week and used it for the first time yesterday. How disappointing , how does the lid not come with a gasket? Or properly fit the bowl? I have made one meal and am ready to throw it away, everything came out dry because it was not sealed very disappointed.

Broken out of the box

Brand new out of the box. Loaded it with food, plugged it in and there's an E1 code. It won't turn on ... at all. Just transferred the food to a Dutch oven ... and taking this back to Target where I bought it. This was my first AND LAST KitchenAid purchase.

Awesome slow cooker. Use it all the time. Well recommend

Not worth it.

Only used this 2 times and it smells like it is burning. There is smoke coming out of the bottom part and it smells like wires burning.

This slow cooker is my fave! After careful consideration and reading reviews and watching America’s test kitchen, I bought this crockpot! It hasn’t failed me! Everything I have made in here has been so delicious. It looks amazing too if I you leave it out on the counter. It’s easy to use as well.

It’s the best slow cooker !

This is our 2nd kitchen aid slow cooker, the first one lasted 15 yrs. We tried another brand and it was not even comparable so we returned to this kitchen aid slow cooker. Cooks evenly and fast.

Great Crockpot!

I’ve been using this crockpot for a couple of months now and I love it. The shape allows larger cuts of meat and veggies to cook evenly. It’s simple to use, and the low and high setting both seem to run the proper temperatures, as recipe times are accurate. It also looks nice on the counter when it’s in use!
