Go with the Attachment

I purchased this seat thinking it would be better than the attachment (more money better quality). I purchased the attachment years ago and have it in my guest bath. I am really disappointed with it. The water stream is very low even with I press the button for more pressure. It makes this weird noise and takes some time to start. I am wondering how long it will last because it doesn't seem very hardy. The seat is awkward too it seems the hole is smaller than a regular seat with lots of plastic around the hole that seems to catch back splashes. Save you money and go the cheaper route.

When I got it, after installing (and of course using once, negating any hope of returns) that the back of the bidet had an outward arch to it, which means it doesn’t sit flush, which means the seat comes out beyond the bowl…

Mystery leak

We had this, our first bidet, for 18 months. We absolutely loved it. Then we got leaks around the toilet which we were unable to fix because we never found a source. We tightened every fitting, the toilet bolts and replaced the seal under the toilet. We removed the bidet and applied a regular toilet seat and the leaks disappeared. Missing our bidet, we reinstalled it thinking the problem may have resolved itself. A few hours after we installed it, the leak reappeared even though we hadn’t used the toilet or bidet. We give up.

How did I live without the Omigo? Easy to install and a go to for #2. Comfortable, refreshing, and an overall absolute delight.

Everything seems to work great. The only objection I have is the night light. Although I like the light, the only way to turn it off is to turn off the entire unit. That means when you go to use it, the seat is not warm, and the water is not warm.

Great entry-level seat!

Great entry-level seat! We are return customers and stepped down from the mid-level Omigo to the entry level Omigo. It cleans wonderfully but I do miss the drying feature. We are satisfied with the controls being attached to the seat and it gives a clean ending!

Crocked seat

I have had several bidet over the years, the one I just received sits a little crocked on my tolit. I am to lazy to take it off and send it back, I will live with it. .
