Toilet was really challenging to install and not sure I’d buy this again. Flushing and use seems to work fine and all good except difficultly of install. Also, the seat is tricky and at first we thought it didn’t align, be sure to push the seat forward and align before tightening bolts. Seat feels a little cheap for the unit but cleans easily.

First one came in damaged and the second one took a while to get, I like the dual flush mechanism and overall its a good toilet.
That toilet flushes very efficiently and very easy to installed according to my plumber. The closing part seems made of light plastic, so I don't know how long it will resist a daily use.
Looks nice and works great. Installation was fairly simple. It was a little struggle to tighten the bolts due to limited room. The seat looks cheap and thin but it is comfortable and does the job its designed for. I replaced a Kohler toilet with this one and am happier with this brand.

installed 2.3 years, seat swivels left & right cus its broken where it attaches on 2/3 toilets I bought. metal pieces R not rust free so have rust! The black oval piece when you lift seat, that popped off and is broken so now pee collects in a small area with holes. when you lift seat the so called ceramic toilet the “paint” is peeling! I didn't know ceramic could peel like a crappy paint job! old cheap toilets last longer than this one!!! Do not buy! Can you imagine in 5 years!!! Absolute crap!

Not what I expected
Unfortunately, I didn't listen to other comments about the cheap top material. The toilet top broke within a month or so. I contact the manufacturer with no response. So pitty.
Not worth it… just had it installed and already see a crack on the seat..

Horrible experience. Ordered a black toilet with gold hardware. 3 times I got white with chrome, one came broken in a million pieces. Then they offer 10% off on next purchase. Like I’m anxious to buy from them again?
