GREAT QUALITY KETTLE - GREAT COMPANY

This a great kettle for boiling water. Temperature gauge on top and easy to pour on my pour-overs. Secondly, the company is top notch. If you ever have an issue with one of their products, they immediately make it right, and there are no hassles getting it done.

Great temperature control for pour over coffee

This was a Christmas present for myself in 2021. I needed a kettle to control the temperature and pour for my weekend coffee cup. I have a single cup Melitta Filter pour-over and Melitta size 2 paper filters. I have been following Alton Brown's recommendation of wetting the grounds with 170 degrees water (approx. 60gm weight), then heating the kettle to about 200 degrees for the rest of my pour. This kettle gives total control, plus it looks sharp on the stovetop. I highly recommend it!

Goosneck pourover

This is an excellent gooseneck Barista Style kettle I have no complaints this is my second one the first one lasted a year and a half but I dry heated it too manytimess and ruined it😠.. the first one was brushed stainless this time I got the copper one and boy oh boy is it ever sexy.!Will buy again if I have to..Cheetos..

I’ve been using this kettle for a month now. You have to put it on a lower flame to ensure you don’t melt the handle but overall it works well and I like it.

Great Kettle/Great Support

Have been using the kettle often for a few months, and I've been very happy with it. It's solidly made, and it certainly goes places where my old (regular spout) kettle couldn't go.I contacted support twice with questions, and they quickly responded with the answers.Others mentioned that it doesn't whistle when boiling which is true, however that wasn't important to me and you can hear it boiling and see the steam coming out. If having it whistle when boiling is important to you, then you may have to look somewhere else.It's a wonderful addition to our stovetop that will last a long time. Happy to recommend.
