Thor refrigerator

So happy I chose Thor for my new refrigerator. It is so quiet and keeps temperatures nicely. I love all the space in both refrigerator and the freezer. I plan to have this for a long time. Our family absolutely loves it.

Really nice Fridge!

We were waiting tried that the counter depth fridge may not have enough room, there is plenty! The dual freezers are really nice, makes a lot of ice, the lighting inside is calming and the fridge looks top notch. Really really like the lower deli drawer, a great overall fridge.

Easily the best fridge I have EVER owned

The quality of this fridge is amazing, the look of it is fantastic I get compliments when people come over all the time. It keeps my food cold on a very low setting which helps me use less electricity. I definitely recommend this fridge I’ve owned for a year now without any problems

[Rewarded Review] Worst purchase ever.

I ordered a refrigerator in January 2020, but it was not delivered to my home until October 2020. According to what I was informed, the refrigerator had a "TWO YEARS WARRANTY"; however, they failed to inform me that the two years began on the purchase date, not when I received the refrigerator. It took them over ten months to deliver the refrigerator, so I only had one year and two months of warranty. The fridge no longer works since the compressor failed. I tried to file a claim, but they stated it was no longer covered by warranty, despite the fact that I hadn't used the fridge for two years. This is unacceptable; the warranty should begin from the day you received. This is unacceptable; the warranty should begin on the day you received the product, not on the day you purchased it; perhaps they could ship their products faster. . Plus, the customer service was terrible; it took long to speak with someone. I wouldn't recommend any of their merchandise. The saddest aspect is that we (my entire family) used to buy their products, but we will never do so again!

Better than the rest! Finally a machine that works

I purchased THOR based on the reputation of quality and dependability. These things are built to last. I can say that it’s absolutely true. This thing is a beautiful beast of a machine that unlike our past one is standing up to daily use.

I waited a month to write this review to assure I knew what this fridge is all about. Foremost the size really works for us. The actual height is 69 and a half inches. The fridge has a high-end look and is very quiet. It functions very well and we are very happy with it. The inside compartments are a little flimsy but the function as they should. Overall we feel that we made the right choice after countless hours of research on refrigerators. Best Buy is super easy to work with and the delivery guys did an excellent job setting it up for us.

Sleek Refrigerator

Thor 36-Inch 22.5 cu. ft refrigerator fits well in my new kitchen. The French door design is sleek looking and compliments my other stainless steel appliance. The freezer capacity is a bit limited but is good enough for my small family. I hope to have for many years.

[Rewarded Review] Excellent Fridge

This model is an improvement over the previous french door model. In this model, the fridge doors close easier and the six door shelves are deep and can hold a gallon of milk on either side. I have read some reviews about the ice maker, not producing enough ice, but this model seems to make more ice and is quieter then its predecessor.

bought a month ago - 3 weeks ago needed help from Thor. No Results

My fridge came with a misthreaded freezer drawer screw. I asked Thor for a replacement screw 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received one. Horrible customer service for a very expensive fridge. Cant imagine when something worse happens. Now I have a fridge with no freezer handle and I’m at Thor and Home Depot mercy. Home Depot rep tonight wasn’t helpful either. Have to reach back out in morning. Couldnt reach out for me and get back to me. What a joke.

I love my new fridge. So far it works great. I do not have the ice make hooked up and make ice with trays so I can not say how well the ice make works. I love that there is not a water dispenser on the front door. The fridge looks high end and is nicer than most I have seen

Perfect for our Kitchen

You have to remember that this is counter depth, so it is not a big, full sized French door fridge, but it is perfect for our space. Doors have a lot of space for milk & condiments. Double freezer drawers offer easy organization. We love it!

Poor quality, Door sticks, Low ice production

I really expected more from Thor, I thought i was buying a luxury brand. Nope. Having to return it AGAIN! On our second one that is having the same issues. The left door doesn't suction shut so it sticks when you close it and is left open constantly. The tracks on the freezers are super cheap and flimsy. The ice maker is also cheap and has very low production because they didn't design the height of it correctly so it thinks it is full with 20 cubes in there. This thing honestly sucks.

We recently received our new 36” Professional French Door Refrigerator (TRF3602) from THOR. Although we could not see an example of any model in the stores around here, we took a chance and decided to try this refrigerator out anyway. There were a couple of really helpful YouTube videos that ultimately helped give us the confidence to proceed. I got a little tired of measuring things after awhile, but hopefully this is enough information to help you all make an informed decision. After unboxing and plugging in the machine (and after waiting for the amount of time prescribed in the instruction manual), here are our initial thoughts and a few things that others potentially interested in THOR’s refrigerator may want to know:

THOR REFRIGERATER GOOD FOR ANY OCCASION IN LIFE TO

Great size for the price and gets really cold I like the texture of the stainless steel if you are thinking of buying one you should get this THOR. It gets really cold and works very well. It has an ice tray section that you can put the ice cubes in and freeze the water from the water line. The tray comes with the maker. You should buy it it is really good. My neighbors saw me taking it in the house and they thought that it was really heavy and it is really light and the wheels make it so much easier to move around. You don't even notice how light it actually is.

This just in... New fridge installed. We are so happy with the sizing and fit of the countertop depth unit. The only item to be prepared when installing is the water connection for the ice maker. We have to buy either an additional hose or adapter to connect it our wall water source. The connector on the waterline is male, the wall is male. They don't work well together without one more expense. The instructions required a try it and see what goes where approach when attaching the handles. Labeling on the handles was not helpful and the owners manual fid say which door the RR or the FR was to be attached to.

Haven't had it long but it is lovely to look at, it keeps everything at the set temperatures and I no longer have frozen eggs in the refrigerator! The ice maker doesn't take up precious freezer space, like it did in my old refrigerator, and the noise level is minimal. The refrigerator had dented doors when delivered. Within 3 days of contacting Thor new doors were on my doorstep. A week later they had been installed. Customer Service has been OUTSTANDING! Very helpful in providing the help I needed and following up afterwards. Great support for an excellent product!

[Rewarded Review] Looks Great. Quality ok. Fairly Quiet.

I purchased this refrigerator because it was listed as one of the top quietest refrigerators. I have an open floor plan and did not want to hear the refrigerator everywhere in the house. I have the refrigerator for 6 months. The refrigerator is somewhat quiet. The cooling fan can be heard often throughout the day. It a least does not have any high buzzing sounds or high-pitched harmonics that I have experienced with other refrigerators which is a plus. It would be wonderful if we can solve the issue of noisy refrigerators. I did own a Kenmore Elite for many years that was quiet (as loud as the fan in a laptop) and kept it until it died and could not be repaired.
