Installers are absolutely horrible. There excuse, we can't hook that up. It was up to me to install the water line to the dryer.

Day 1 right out of box assembly glue notes inside dryer drum in several places. Once hooked up loud running noise as soon as dryer was turned on. Sounds like a pair of work boots are in dryer. Sound is same with or without clothes in it. Called Whirlpool same day to start repair / replacement process. Dryer now on back order so no replacement available. Repair tech comes a week later to troubleshoot and or repair. Tech found same assembly glue mess on main drive components causing drum imbalanced. Tech attempted to order parts but contacts me several hours later stating parts are not available and are “Indefidelay delayed” and can not provide any timeline for availability. Asked for return authorization of both washer and dryer to exchange for another matched set that are readily available. This request was denied.

My washer was delivered Oct 4 2024. I was able to do 3 loads of cleaning and have not been able to use the machine since then. Constantly getting rrror codes and the machine stopped working. I have called Whirlpool, today I was on hold for 50 minutes and just gave up. Whirlpool did set up a service appointment however I was told by the service it would be two weeks, so I have a brand new washer that is nothing more than an expensive paperweight. Not happy at all.

I have had this dryer for 2 weeks. It dries clothes perfectly, but it is a bit loud when the drum is spinning. I wish they could have gotten the decibel levels down lower, but all is well so far. So far, I have been excited with all my purchases made. Hoping they last as long as my Maytag's Appliances did.

I ordered this over 2 months ago. Finally got it delivered, and there was oil residue in the tumbler itself. And smells of oil. Contacted customer support: and was able to order a new one as a replacement at no cost.( I should hope so! It was brand new) the only bad part was now I had to wait an extra week. Fast forward 24 hrs. Called customer service back to see if they could expedite delivery, and they tell me it’s now out of stock. And will have to wait an additional 2 more weeks.

Dryer makes clunking sound when running. Serviceman was dispatched from seller to investigate. Belt in back of drum is glued on crooked. Disappointed to know as I wait for part to arrive and be repaired that no Quality Control was available before this dryer was sold to me. This issue was very visible to the naked eye.

Dries well, but occasionally need to do a touch up run. I like the looks of the dryer and the large lint screen. I feel that it is loud for a new unit. It kinda sounds like it is thumping, but seems to actually be running smoothly.

Leaves clothes damp

This dryer deserves zero stars. I have had it for a month and it does not dry clothes. I have tried running the dryer on high with a medium load for almost two hours and the clothes are damp. If I try to run it a second time to dry it immediately cuts off. The clothes start smelling moldy. I have to hang things to dry all over the place. It is obviously the same problem others are having as I read the reviews.

Best dryer I have bought. I love the steam feature and the drying rack for shoes. Very quiet. Sometimes the cycles do not get the clothes completely dry. It's like the sensor is off or something. But running it again for a few minutes gets the job done.

I got this dryer through American Home Shield. The biggest downside to begin with was it took 5-6 weeks to get it. I am chemically sensitive and could not go to a laundromat. The best feature is the size of the drum making it possible to dry large items like blankets, bedspreads, and cotton quilts. Perhaps it’s because I am a senior, but I struggle with the interface. Knobs were so much easier. Still having problems getting it to turn on. Seems you have to press it just right in a certain spot which I haven’t found yet. No problems getting it to start the cycle, just problems getting it to turn on initially. Seems easier once it has done a load. But my biggest complaint is the cycle signal. If the washer is on or I am in the next room I cannot hear it. I am used to a buzzer that I could hear throughout the house. Guess I now need to get a timer.

I really am glad I purchased this dryer. It has done very well. It has a large capacity drying load so I can dry my blankets and comforters. It has many different drying cycles to meet your needs. It has cute sounds to alert you when the load is done drying. I have done many loads of laundry in this, and it is holding up well. I also love the appearance of it. I think it is very pleasing to the eye. Whirlpool makes great products and is a trusted brand that has been around for many years.

Purchased this dryer last month and love

[Rewarded Review] Worst Whirlpool appliance ever! So disappointing!!

We've bought Whirlpool appliances for over 25 years and this dryer is the worst dryer I've ever had. It does NOT DRY the clothes, it leaves them half damp and then will not allow you to turn it back on to dry it longer. The hems in shirts and pants remain damp, the towels will not fully dry and are damp & if I try to press the cycle again it will not turn on to work again. I ultimately end up having to take the clothes out & hang it all over my house overnight for it to dry. I called the store where we made the purchase & they told me to use "timed drying" instead so in order to get more heating time you have to switch it to "timed drying" and even then it doesn't heat and dry fully. Why do I have to use "timed drying" on clothes when I have multiple cycle options on the front panel of preset timed drying choices that should use a sensor to know when it the clothing is dry? Another problem is that there are times when the front control panel will not work and you have to touch it multiple ways to get it to turn on and I ultimately end up having to open and reclose the dryer door to get it to work again when I touch it. I've called Whirlpool multiple times only to be on hold and not be able to get through to a human. After hours spent trying to reach someone I finally was successful only for them to tell me they can't send a service tech to look at it because there is no one in our area despite the fact that I purchased this from an authorized Whirlpool dealer which is the same family owned business we have been buying all Whirlpool appliances from for over 25 years. There is a definite problem with this dryer and the frustration of not getting someone to help me is beyond irritating. Whirlpool products are expensive but purchased due to the reliability of the name brand but our dryer not working and the lack of customer service after hours spent reaching out to Whirlpool to get help is
