Very disappointing "service"

Although the site says the fan was delivered, I reported to them that I had not received it. Customer service was basically "meh, not our problem" and sent me a broken link to Fedex.

I have only had the fan installed for a few weeks But so far, so good! It’s great….you get to pick a fan speed, a humidity % where the fan kicks on and if it exceeds the % and kicks on, you get to choose an option of how long it will run when it kicks on. Perfect for my needs!

Super quiet and efficient

Among the quietest fans out there, even when set to 150 CFM. At 50 CFM it's virtually silent. The humidistat works as it should.

Very Quiet

I replaced a 18 year old Panasonic that was still working but noisy. So far I like this one. Installing was surprisingly easy. I highly recommend using a 4” duct, less noise. As mentioned, I had to put tape on part of motion sensor so fan wouldn’t turn on when walking by. Would be nice if sensor could be adjusted in angle & sensitivity. I had to play with adjustments to work how I wanted, but once there it’s been great. I highly suggest putting fan on switch so you have option to shut it off.

It is really quiet

I am having issues getting the fan to turn off . It runs 24/7 . Can’t figure what’s wrong but I’m sure it is something my electrician did . That said it is so quiet and seems efficient . Reached out to Panasonic and never got a reply . For that I am dropping a few stars because the follow up stinks

Wonderfully quiet fan with speed control and motion/humidity sensor. Solves the problem when family members forget to turn the fan on when taking a shower.

So far so good. Used 4" hosing. It's definitely not noisy. Effective.

I am happy with this purchase but, as a homeowner who has never purchased a humidity sensing fan, I thought the humidity sensor was in the fan itself. It would’ve been helpful if the fan description indicated a separately-purchased switch was needed.
