The wine cooler was a gift and it fit the space great. Low noise and argon filled glass were exceptional. Picked up at Home Depot in great shape. My granddaughter has only had it for one month and it met all of her expectations.

Don’t shop online with Lowe’s

Lowe’s online policy of placing pending charges on your credit card that amount to roughly twice what you actually spent for your order is onerous and extremely disruptive to everyday life of being able to use your credit card for anything else! Since my online purchase of some $7700.00, my credit card used has had over twice that amount pending against it from Lowe’s and I haven’t been able to use my credit card since! I should have over $14,000 in available credit, but I do not because of those pending charges that are still there days after my entire order was completed and picked up. I have had montjly recurring bills denied payment and my card has been denied numerous times now. I’m utterly disappointed with my Lowe’s online shopping experience and I will never shop online with Lowe’s again until they change this ridiculous policy. I’ve never experienced anything like this and after asking around, I have discovered I am not the only one taken off guard by these practices.

Excellent Beverage Cooler!

We remodeled out kitchen and are extremely happy that we decided to purchase our first beverage fridge! I love the Zephyr Preserve, with its dual zones for wines and sodas, and the interior blue lights.

I researched many beverage coolers before deciding to go with this one. During unpacking, I was amazed at the measures Zephyr took to make sure the unit did not get damaged during shipping, A+ effort!!!.

Keep looking - don't buy a Zephyr

The Presrv Beverage Cooler looks beautiful but is annoyingly noisy. It audibly cycles on with distracting regularity. The noise was a minor issue though - we ended up returning this due to an absolutely terrible experience calling the company for another problem. Warranty is an important decision for me in buying an item, and I sincerely feel that Zephyr will honor their warranty only if lawyers get involved. I will never buy another Zephyr product.
