We ordered this fridge for the bronze handles that match the hardware in our kitchen. Such a great touch and functions how a professional fridge should.

So Beautiful

We bought this ZLine because of the built in look and custom panel options, it matches our cabinetry so well. Installation wasn't as bad as other reviews made it sound which was good! love the luxury look.

The unit came damaged and when I called to have it returned, the associate told me that this is a frequently returned item.

Need to improve the service

I bought it one month ago it took about a week or more for the ice and the water to work normally I called customer service they not have knowledge how to help you to set up the connection.the customer service needs to Improve also for this type of price they should give 5 years warranty not only one .

If you want a fairly standard beverage refrigerator that looks great, this is your huckleberry. If you want a full featured beverage fridge look elsewhere. It does cool very well, while also makes some strange noises, lacks a door open alarm, or an automatic light. Would I buy again? There are less pretty options that cost far less and function better.

I ordered 2 of these and after 2 weeks they continue to make weird noises when running, it sounds like they are grunting - it is not the normal fan or condensing noise that other beverage centers make. I am trying to get them replaced.

Buyer beware

Had a really bad experience. This fridge ruined my floors and was a nightmare to install

Lackluster support - poor performance

Took a year to get our refrigerator to work. Extremely disappointed, does not even come close to how I feel about this. Turns out the magnet in the top of the door would not each the part of the refrigerator to generate cold. How are we to know? Then the help, forget it. No one cares, days to respond to questioning. Took forever to get handle parts for the door, as Zline didn't even carry the part. What? Well, after several service calls, the 11K refrigerator now works. Not impressed.

Keeps cans and bottles cold

Not Stainless Steel

Fridge came with a door finish that is most definately not stainless steel, more like a brushed nickel. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning and reordering at a higher price, then having to beg Home Depot customer service for a price adjustment. I’ll be returning and purchasing a different brand.

Very nice wine cooler!

Very nice wine cooler, easy to setup and works on 110 volts. I really like the fact that I have dual zones in a 24 inch under the counter wine cooler. Easy to load up and keeps temperatures pretty close to the settings elected. The only real drawback I can come up with is that the temperature panel is pretty bright and would be nice to be able to dim the display a bit.

So far it is great. Quiet, nice looking, and the best part is that you can actually get the drinks very cold!

Zline Gold Handle

Handle is beautiful. It does show fingerprints though. High quality, sturdy, and well made.

not Champagne Bronze handle

I’m happy with the fridge, but I ordered the fridge with the Champagne Bronze handle. Disappointed. Now there are none available
