Disappointment

Was pleased with this machine until the water valve started leaking. Sunpentown recognized the picture of the corroded valve I sent them then started back peddling. Claimed I purchased from a non authorized reseller. Than claimed it was a cheap knockoff. Then refused to sell me a valve even though the unit should be under warrantee. I would not advise dealing with these clowns.

I love this machine. That being said, it is noisy and the ice does melt. If the ice bin was insulated it would help with both issues. Please be aware if product is under Manufacture Warranty and you have issues you will be required to pay $58 shipping and you are responsible to package to ship back.

Broke after a few moths of using it. Parts cost $110 to fix it. Very noisy when running.

not the greatest

Makes wet ice, sticks together. Small UNINSULATED reservoir to get ice out of aawkwardly. Gallons and gallons of wasted water through drain tube. Thought it would be a decent buy for making alot of good quality ice, guess I was mistaken. Works well if you drink mixers thats about it.
