Cold but loud

Nice and cold but it's loud. I could hear it when it's on in the next room which is the bathroom.

Needs some revising

This air unit cools really well out 300 square ft. Tiny home. However, if it rains the area under the unit leaks. There is no drain on this unit and it's fine as long as you leave at least the fan running. It's just the way it has to sit in the window ,no drain and doesn't sit at an angle

Good for small rooms

Needed this for one small room and it works perfect, cools nicely.

For a small AC it is great cools down my Apt. Quickly

Cools well!!

Perfect unit for my bedroom. Cools very quickly and air can be felt in other rooms of my apartment. I have another Amana AC it’s a little bigger for my dining room. It’s at LEAST 20 years old and works like a dream. I just use it 5 months of the year and store it in the basement so the winter doesn’t ruin it in Chicago!!!

Excellent air conditioner for my son's small room

Fits, but loud

It fitted the smaller window space I had. It fit as described. Was louder than some other A/C's I've used.

This was a terrible choice. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I wish I had an extended plan on this junk now is just blowing air. Nothing cool about it. Stay away.

Cold enough for my master bedroom

I bought this item mostly with my Kohl's cash and could see the value from first time I turned it on. it flows cold and gave me the relief I need in my master bedroom for this hot summer

Air conditioner dent on top

I tried getting a hold of customer service many times the first day or two I bought that air conditioner it had a big dent on the top of it I couldn't get a hold of nobody a process to go through but it had a big dent in the top of it I was going to return it but I already had it paid to get installed in my window

Unit is average - no remote control turn knobs look like Snow flakes for settings - no English.

This ac window unit packs a heavy punch! I live in a 1000 sqft house! And so far it’s just the beginning of may, and it’s the only window unit we have installed! This thing has cooled each and every room of the house! Installation was an absolute breeze! My 15 year old son and I installed it while dad was at work! I’m super happy with it!
