Good, but it could be improved

I’m posting this after a full year of use.

Absolutely Stunning

Absolutely stunning, a fantastic addition to our new kitchen. Easily installed. The one drawback is that it is louder than anticipated.

Barely enough cold/hot for one person

The unit looks nice and has a good footprint on a counter. However it can’t keep up with hot and cold water demand. As soon as I start dispensing hot water you can see the temperature dropping rapidly each second as I dispense more water. After about 20 oz or so it’s colder than luke warm. Cold water production is better, but still it warms up as you dispense and takes a while to get back down. Furthermore I’ve seen the hot water take several hours and beyond to get all the way back up to dispensing 190* water. This is just one person using the machine too. Wouldn’t keep up in a large home or office.

Not a good business for non profits to work with.

Purchased for a church, gave Brio my tax exempt number. They would not accept it and refund the sales tax paid

This is a great water dispenser. It looks good and does the job very well. I would highly recommend this model. My one and only reservation about giving this the five-star rating it deserves is the filter charging system. Each time a filter is replaced the filter has to be primed. That took adding the charging attachment under a sink in the office. It's a little inconvenient, but still worth the purchase. If we had to add another dispenser someplace in the office, we would choose this same model again.

Good Design and Good Features

I had this for a few weeks at my office, the design is modern and sleek in comparison to other countertop water coolers. Overall it gives off a professional vibe and unlike something you will see in a warehouse. Water comes out exactly as intended, I had no issues. Not sure if it's due to the cooler but the water dispenses out quickly so if you have a big bottle (64oz) it won't take longer than a minute to fill up.

this is by far the best countertop cooler ive had. (ive had 4 different models) I have a tight kitchen and always look for compact units to make it fit. The flow of the water being dispensed is by far the fastest ive had compared to the other models ive owned. I also like the self cleaning feature it has built in. Overall this is a solid product and im extremely happy with the design and performace. So happy i took my time to write this review. Thank you Brio!
