Maybe I was just sent the wrong product

This is listed as a 4.8 gallon a minute water heater, however, when we received it the box was only rated for 1.8 even though the model numbers matched up.

Horrible item

So far so good

So far so good. We had a point of use water heater for our kitchen sink that died and this was the replacement. Hot water had taken over a minute to get to the sink from the tank so a point of use next to the sink made sense. Our old one had a couple of problems, it occasionally got scalding hot and the thermal reset button inside the case often tripped and had to be reset. This one holds the temperature well and it supports a low flow of .3 gpm which helps when you want mixed warm water. We also got one that was a little higher voltage than we probably needed just to ensure we got the hot water we wanted in the winter. I really like the digital display where you can set the temperature.
