Recommended for big nice playground set

My daughter loved it. However there are parts of it that dont have any instructions to do like the roof windows design,we did not put it yet coz seems like we need to improvise something to fit in the window roof design to that specific place, second there are some missing crews. But overall it is nice and big playground for toddlers.

Great Playset

We love this Playset! My husband and I assembled it ourselves and it took us quite a few hours and quite a few days to assemble. The assembly wasn't necessarily hard but it was time consuming since there are so many parts. Assembly of the tube slide was probably our least favorite part since there were so many bolts and it was difficult to get all of the holes lined up. It was worth the effort though because our kids love playing on this Playset.

DO NOT BUY UNLESS IS FROM GORILLA IT SELF

Overstock is quick to charge and slow to fix issues. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. My wife saw this playhouse at the main website from Gorilla, but I decided since I have been a client for years of overstock and have spent thousands of dollars in purchases, I would think I would save money. First, the set came in a tractor-trailer, and I had to use my guys (that, thank God were working on my property) and unload an entire tractor-trailer. The boxes looked like they had damage, but I was eager to get the house set up for my grandkids. Sadly I hired a handyman service, and unfortunately, we found missing parts and damaged parts. As of today, I have not received a refund or the additional parts that are missing. Not happy and truly will question my future endorsement of this company that used to be a great company to deal with. You can't even get anyone on the phone, as an owner of multiple companies and being a little guy. I can answer my phone to help my clients. Why can't they do the same? Buy your playhouse direct or deal with all these headaches.

Beautiful but brutal to assemble.

This play set is absolutely beautiful and the kids LOVE it. It has everything a kid could dream of having on a play set- swings, 3 slides, a rock wall, monkey bars- you name it. However, this took 20+ hours with lots of extra hands helping (about 3 Saturdays worth of work with friends/family assistance). Biggest downfall is nothing is preassembled so it’s incredibly time consuming. If we did it again, we would have paid the outrageous amount for the assembly that Gorilla offers in the checkout. Other than that, we really do love it.

Great set with lots of features

Bought this last month and my kids seem to enjoy it !! It’s like their own little park in our very own backyard . Has so many different features that keeps them very entertained. I’m hoping this is something they will continue to use for many years to come even beyond the toddler years !! Very well made .

[Rewarded Review] Absolutely Gorgeous Playset!

This playset has everything! It’s gorgeous and huge. Our 8 year old is almost 5 feet tall already and she has a blast on it! The slides and swings are sturdy. They thought of everything, especially safety when they created it. We love it!

terrible asembly and customer service

Missing so many screws ans pieces and nobody can seem to help us get the correct pieces. We have been trying to get a hold of someone an it tells us over and over “someone will get back to you in 2-3 business days” ots been 3 weeks.

So far so good

Just installed over Christmas. So far love the set and love the size of the wood. Better than most I’ve seen. I’ve only had for a couple weeks but seems to be great quality and price. I’ll add the sealant to it this summer but other than that I have been very impressed as well as the kids.
