There's NO pump

Even though the description and factory answer says there's a pump for pumping condensate up to a sink drain, it does not. There's only a gravity drain. Also, the wifi will ONLY work on a 2.4 GHz network. Not a 5 GHz.

Might be a great dehumidifier... Who knows? It could not be used without Wi-Fi and I did not think it merited the installation of a WiFi booster. It was easily returned.

Stopped working after one yeay

Not reliable. Replace new unit that did not humidify at all although fan ran. Replacement unit 2 weeks old now showing signs of intermittent stopping & starting?

Worked well, app was ok but not really useful, and heat from the unit make it unusable in a house. If you could vent the heat outside with out sucking in more outside air, maybe

Terrible product and customer service

Mine stopped working within a year and they first ask you to turn it off for a few hours, and back on, when you reach back out and tell them it still doesn’t work, they make you go through this terrible process of cutting the cord and having you send a picture with both the device and cut cord visible. When you do, they claim it’s not clear, then when you zoom in showing it clearer, they call it “suspect” and ask you to send it to them at your cost. All while they take their time responding.

Works great keeps the moisture down good and really helps with the moisture in the air I can now go into the room

Terrible unit. previously sold as “Honeywell.”

Bought in January 2024. Unit started failing within six weeks. Dead after four months. Calls to exercise warranty and Emails are never answered. Complete trash.

Condenser stopped working over winter

Bought this August 2023 and it worked fine until I unplugged it and put it in storage for the winter. When I took it out and plugged it in, it turned on and the condenser kicked on but it wouldn’t pull moisture from the air and just blew out cold air. Trying to get in touch with manufacturer as it’s only 8 months in and it had a 1 year warranty, but the dehumidifier seems to be discontinued as it’s out of stock everywhere.

Used it was nice overpriced kind of bulky and heavy. Wish it was lighter did its purpose.

easy to set up, have it running constantly using the self draining feature, no issues, working great.

This product has exceeded expectations.

Quit Working After 13 Months

I bought a 50 pint Ivation dehumidifier. It quit working after 13 months. The Ivation representative told me to cut the cord, sent a picture and they would replace the unit free of charge. I sent the picture back to them with the cut cord and then the representative told me his boss said they would not replace the unit after all. The product is junk and the company customer service is horrendous!

Didn’t last two months. Bummer for the cost.

wrong item

Seller said it great for crawlspace and basement. On the product manual it said did not use in crowlspace it need a space below as well as on top. So its only in house use. Did not trust sellers description
