Love the design and functionality of this toilet.

Awesome toilet!

Awesome toilet! Not only beautiful to look at with a hint of the art deco period but the flush is amazing! It really pulled together the look I wanted to achieve in my primary bath renovation. Yes it is more expensive than I wanted to spend but I’m in love what can I say! Build.com has also been fantastic to work with and their website easy to navigate. Especially helpful is the ability to compare four items at a time next to each other to compare the differences and to see if items look good together. Shipping and delivery were spot on and timely. So much easier than driving around to different stores often with better prices. I had a couple returns and that was also easily accomplished.

This was our second purchase of a Kohler Kathryn toilet for an old home we're restoring. The angled corners on the tank and base match the style of our older sinks and bathtubs. The toilet itself is extremely reliable. We've had zero issues with the one that's been in place for three years now.

Great, but why use cheap plastic for the seat and lid?

Works well and looks great. But for such an expensive fixture, I wasn't expecting a plastic seat and lid.

This toilet would have been great but it arrived with a hairline crack in the tank which the plumber did not find until after installation. I couldn’t do anything about it because I’d bought it a year earlier to ensure I would be able to get one when we needed it because of supply chain issues. I ended up waiting another six months for a Gerber one piece toilet after the hairline crack was discovered.

What can I say...

It's a toilet. BUT I am very happy with it. The overall design makes it so easy to clean, the side handle gives it a polished look, just love it overall. Had a little delivery problem and Kohler took care of it right away. Great company to deal with, thank you.

Beautiful and Functional

The Kohler Kathryn toilet I purchased is beautiful. Yes, I know, it’s a toilet. If you looked beyond what it is, you’ll see the beautiful lines and style associated with the Art Deco period. Now, back to the toilet part. It flushes quickly and cleanly and the seat and lid gradually lower rather than slamming. Finally, it has “comfort height,” so when you’re seated, it’s at a comfortable height, almost like a regular chair.
