This was our third Toto toilet purchase. They are very good flushing toilets, well made, smooth sides for VERY easy cleaning, modern look.

Received a tank with a hairline fracture

After installing, we discovered a hairline fracture in the tank, which drips very slowly, but enough to seep into our flooring and baseboards over the course of several days. Home Depot customer support says they will not issue a refund without shipping the broken toilet back to them. This means paying for a plumber again, at our expense, as well as fixing the damage in the bathroom. Disappointed in Toto quality control, but more disappointed in Home Depot customer support.

Beautiful toilet! Just had it installed and will be adding the washlet S7a to it from Wayfair. Toto is the best!

Lowe’s Billings store is the problem

I spent A lot of time researching the best toilets for my home and finally selected a high-end Toto toilet. I don’t know how they work because Lowe’s scheduled and then canceled installation three times. I took off work to be home for the installation, but the Installation would cancel last minute. I contacted the store manager for help in resolving this issue and he never called me back. I tried really hard to buy these toilets, but Lowe’s would not meet me halfway. Due to the lack of professionalism of the Billings MY store manager, I canceled my order.

It's a love/hate relationship

Okay, I'll keep it simple...

Came broken

I received a delivery of 4 Toto toilets over 2 different deliveries. The 1st 3 toilets were a different Toto model and all 3 boxes appear fine. The 2nd order which was for the Nexus toilet arrived on July 5 and the box looked like it had been dropped and had a large hole in it. The hole appeared to have been made by the Home Depot or the delivery team to check on the toilet.

Toilet Seat Wiggles

The toilet seat wiggles side to side. The portion anchored to the actual toilet is secure, but the hinges/joints on each side of the seat have wiggle room and no way to stop it. You can visually see the wiggle room. I called Toto customer support and he said it was designed that way since they were having issues with people snapping the hinges. He confirmed that I spent over $800 on a toilet that has a wobbly toilet seat with no fix. I am disappointed. Other than the seat, it is really nice.

This toilet is next level. Tornado flush is silent without water turbulence. You could keep your toothbrush bowlside without fear of spray from flushing.

We’ve only used this toilet for @ 2 months. So far We love it! Low water usage with strong, effective flush. Stylish. Nice that the bolts that connect it to the floor are hidden by the skirt.

Excellent toilet

Just as described.excellent toilet with great features. Beware: requires additional installation costs of $450 above the $255 standard. Jacob did a great install.

Great product, and even better support from Wayfair. Would definitely order this product again from Wayfair. Toilet has all the premium features I prefer.
