Quiet & Classy

We replaced our ancient dishwasher with this model. It looks fantastic, cleans well, and is SUPER quiet. It definitely needs the dish dry liquid, which we always skipped before.

Bad customer service!

I bought Unique appliances for my new construction barn. When we unpacked the unit, the door trim was broken and the door was damaged. Lowes did not want to help me to exchange to a new unit, I had to deal directly with the manufacturer, it has been 3 weeks now and was told to return the unit to Lowes. Lowes will not accept the return without the RA number (Return authorization number). I contacted the manufacturer for the RA number, emails, phone calls...so far no response.

The failed it's own start up test multiple times, due to water leaking into the motor area and then onto my kitchen floor. The company's web site does NOT list a customer service number. They just want you to email them. No thanks.

I am amazed at the quality of these products by Unique. We purchased a classic refrigerator and dishwasher, both items were packaged fantastic to prevent damage. My wife and I are very impressed and everyone who sees the appliances are loving how they fit our new log home and our lifestyle. We have no complaints whatsoever!!!

Defective and customer support is awful

It was defective when it was delivered new, so it never worked. Obtaining any help to remedy the situation took nearly a month. No return calls, no follow through. The appliance manufacturer apparently uses a third-party vendor to handle any service. The manufacturer is very difficult to reach, and I found no way to post a review on the manufacturer's website. It's pretty looking but appears to be inferior and VERY expensive for what it is.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING UNIQUE APPLIANCES. I rarely write negative reviews but after a month of no resolution to appliance issues and terrible customer service, I feel it is my obligation to tell others about my experience so they don't have to experience what I am. Short explanation: Unique Appliances and warranty/technical service provider ADCO have failed to be responsive to new appliance problems.

Love the color and function!

It’s worth it. I have a large family and it fits all of our daily dishes. I like how clean it is inside and the interior lights. It matches my white 1950s stove. It’s perfect.
