Temperature adjustments

Good looking cooktop and cleans up really nice. Only problem that I have is the ability to adjust temperatures. I have to adjust using my finger tip which then blocks the red temperature lines. This makes it difficult to get it where I want it without having to try several times.

So far everything looks good, but it took a month to deliver the cooktop and, the even brought the wrong and when I conctact customer service to get the one that I bought it took another month, and then they called again only to reschedule for the 3rd time for another 2 weeks. This is the 2nd time that happen even with the same brand. They, also put the wrong serial and model number on my cooktop and refrigerator

The timer on the stove top was a nice bonus I didn’t realize was there. I use it everytime I cook something and don’t have to go to the over or call on Alexa to set a timer for me. I also like not having the knobs which makes cleaning so much easier. The “all off” button is a nice feature too so you know everything has been shut down.

Touch Pad Controls Concern

The touch controls for the burners are a pain to deal with. Wet fingers-difficult to change temperature. Grease splatters or steam from a boiling pot on the stove surface-same challenge. Even with a dry finger it can be a challenge to change the temperature by only 1 or 2 notches. Otherwise......cooks like a stove should do.

We love how quick it heats up and how even the heating is!

Nice heat time. Good controls that are very responsive. So far i'm glad i bought this brand.

36” electric cooktop

So far, great! Elected not to go with metal trim and really like the sleek looks (had metal trim on the cooktop I replaced) like the oval ring combination so you can do a griddle

Works as expected. Touch control makes a clean cooking surface. Warm and melt features are useful.
