Efficient and uses less energy than my old dryer. Lot more wrinkles on regular cycle and dewrinkler cycle does an ok job.

DRYER DOESNT DRY WELL

I love the color but the dryer is eehh. If I don't set it to timed dry and put it on 90 minutes and max heat i will have to run every load 3 times. Even smaller loads. We haven't ow Ed it a year and the door would always say it's open when closed and now it's completely out. I would run from this set.

Broken latch

I must say, reading the reviews - I was mortified to purchase this set or any set for that matter. With that being said, we did have some issues. Not a Lowe’s issue. Not even a shipping / handling issue. MOST DEF a GE; QC issue when putting their product together.... First set arrived & the inside latch on the dryer door was broke.... Delivery guy stated when he picked back up that (many of these have gone back due to this same issue) latch seemed very cheaply made in my opinion, esp for the price of this model......we ended up getting an exchange the next day & once we got it all hooked up the control panel on the front of the dryer only partially worked (top half). The husband took apart the front of the dryer panel & only the top half of the electrical panel was clipped in...once he clipped the bottom portion in, the entire panel worked correctly and perfectly. No home owner should have to do such work on their washer or dryer the first few hours they get it. After spending 1000+ on it etc.

Love all the features

So far I love them. Love the color, the features and how fast it drys my clothes. Would recommend this washer and dryer 100%

[Rewarded Review] Do not buy, doesn’t dry well

Do not buy. The smart features make it impossible to get a dry load the first or second cycle. There is no Manuel way to get higher heat and more time. It’s very frustrating even if you are just drying a small load.

Cool Color

Was concerned about the "sapphire" color but really LOVE it! It is a a very dark Navy blue, with a hint of charcoal gray. Looks great. Only had them a week, but like how easy it is to program and run, and they are quieter than my older models.

Going from a 10yr+ old GE to a new one, shaved hours off the drying time!

Lint basket of my dreams

We’ve been using this machine for a few weeks now and we love it. The best feature has to be the lint basket, which is amazing. Instead of just a screen it’s an actual basket, and it traps every little scrap of lint that comes off of our clothes and bedding. Kudos to GE for reinventing the wheel and making it infinitely better!

Sapphire Blue

I've only had it for a day, but I really like the color and the way it looks. Only time will tell how long it lasts.

Better installation training needed

Lowe’s Installer installed it wrong. Had to hire an electrician and found the lines connected incorrectly.

Busted in 10 months

I purchased this dryer in January 2024. 10 months later the drum is busted and to my surprise it only had a 6 month warranty. Priced getting a new drum installed and its basically the price of the dryer. I wouldn't reccomend because GE will not stand behind their products!
