Like this cooktop
Over all I really like this cooktop, induction is great and of course cleaning it is a wonder! The digital readout of the stove's power setting is only a half of a number sometimes, but you can figure it out.
randomly turns on and poor customer service
The cooktop will turn on by itself. 3 of my cookware got burned because I left them on the stove top, with everything turned off and thought would be safe. Tech support admitted was main board activation problem and asked to ship the stove back. I asked for a loaner unit or any other way so I am not “kitchen-less” for a month or two. They never returned my ask back. I regretted of not trusting the reviews left by others.
