Does not dry dishes.

Buy something else. Fancy dishwasher that doesn't dry at all. Door automatically opens to let the steam out and that's it. The rest is air dry only. Dishwasher does not have a heating element or fan to dry dishes. You will have to hand dry or wait who knows how long for the water to evaporate. Shame on Home Depot for selling items that are not returnable.

Difficulty installing.

I've installed many dishwashers. Most dishwashers have clearance space underneath. This does not, even with leveling legs extended. As a result this dishwasher would not slide in fully, the drain and water line didn't have the needed space. The water line connection on the back wall rather than underneath the unit also kinked and placed a lot of stress on the water line. Bad design, I had to return it. I won't get any Samsung dishwasher, no telling if they are all designed this way

No heated dry function

Installing the unit is easy enough. The description said it was good at drying but my first load came out completely wet. It turns out the unit basically requires rinse aid with its own recommendation being jet dry. The normal rinse cycle on this unit takes over 2 hours and with the dishes not dry im severely dissapointed. Just be aware when considering this unit, it does not have heated dry. I definitely will not be getting this one again knowing that now.

I love the dishwasher. Very quiet and dishes always come out clean. Service in the store was super easy and delivery was right on time and he even made sure itran before leaving!

NO POWER CORD

I bought this a month ago, it took forever to arrive. When it did, I come to find out there’s no included power cord. You have to wire the power yourself and they don’t sell one for it, they send you to a third party. Beyond disappointed with their customer service and website description.

This unit is extremely quiet. Reasonably easy installation. It washes dishes well and holds silverwear upright to ensure good cleaning. Very happy with the dish washer. Would definitely recommend this to others.

We have enjoyed having thia dishwasher. It fits enough for our family of 6. The only issue we have is sometimes it leaves the dishes dripping wet.

Runs really nice and quiet

Pretty much forget it's running. Just don't be alarmed when door releases or is found open after cycle finishes. This is part of the normal drying process. I read that if you set to sanitize, it will get the dishes drier with pretty much no water left. No spots on glasses.

So far it’s been a great dishwasher! Super quiet, and clean great. My only knock against it was the auto release drying feature, which was easy to turn off once I connected my phone to it via their app. It’s a nice feature to help dry the dishes better, but with kids and animals, it’s a bit annoying

It's not a good product, but the cons are that the dishes dont dry all the way. Sometimes it works and gets it right, and other times, it's all wrong. They should have a heated element installed.

Most difficult to install

This dishwasher is a disaster. There is no room to adjust the legs. The dishwasher cannot be screwed in from the top and must use side, screw, brackets, or holes, which are next to impossible to use. You cannot see the back wall or underneath the dishwasher by looking under the front panel because your view is completely completely blocked. Dishwasher is the second most difficult dishwasher we have ever installed took approximately 3 1/2 hours to install. I recommend going with a different brand such as Bosch. I AM A MASTER PLUMBER -Take my word for this!

Do you like soaking wet dishes?

The description above states “Heated Dry - Yes”. This is a lie. There is no heated dry feature on this model, which I have confirmed with multiple service reps. They thanked me for bringing this “false advertising” (their words) to their attention but offer zero help with remedying the situation.

Works as described. Quieter than my previous Kenmore. Extremely easy to install using the instructions. Leveling it was easy, no leaks after install and have only installed one other dishwasher in my life.

We've had our dishwasher a few months and I am happy about a lot of the features. I like that it is quiet, the space and pull out for cooking utensils, and that I can control it from my phone with smart things. Overall it's pretty nice.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. It cleans the dishes very well, I always use the heavy duty setting just to be safe. At first I didn’t want the 3rd rack for utensils because I never had it, but this was on sale, and I feel so fancy and wonder how I lived without this. It is perfect to through the baby bottle caps and inserts on top and they don’t get lost, nothing moves. And for the tops of the yeti mugs, if you know you know. What a dream. So far so good

I bought my new Dishwasher almost a year ago and i am very happy with it. It cleans well and alert me when the cleaning is done. When the cleaning cycle is done it pops the door open to remind me to empty i9t out. Great idea.
