Poor quality

Really poor quality dryer as it broke down only 7 months after buying it. I’ve had several techniciens coming to my house to repair it but everytime they find a new issue and a new piece is broken and has to be ordered ( and it can take a really long time) its been 2 months and i still have no machine working, its unacceptable. I cant believe that a new dryer at an expensive price has so many issues and customer service is not there to help us replace it. ( still waiting to hear from them). Plus this dryer takes a really long time to dry and makes a lot of noise. I dot not recommand to buy!

Water container inside dryer must be emptied after a few loads. Dryer stops working when water container full. Full water container is heavy and may drip if full. Can someone please advise if direct draining is an option?

Water container inside dryer needs to be emptied after a few loads. Very surprised when my new dryer stopped working after a few loads. Water container needed to be emptied. Water contain is heavy when full and can drip if not careful. Manual mentions 'drain kit'. Can this dryer be connected to drain for auto water discharge and easy use? Never had ventless dryer than need water emptied. While dries well, too much repetitive maintenance to keep dryer running. Don't recommend.

Works great but after 7 years the electronics start giving you problems, acting up so that you get a technician. Just kept trying and using it and it continue working, but no mechanical issues

Terrible customer service

Product does not come with power cords. The customer service reps for this company do not know the products and are not helpful unless it’s something that requires warranty service. Just go with a more name brand appliance company.

Never again

A $900 dryer with a 12 mo warranty. Has already been out of commission 2 months while warranty repair diagnosed and brought a tech from 2 hours away. Now the heater assembly went out. Oh, and how convenient, it's barely out of warranty. Save your money and put it towards a brand that has a better warranty.

Very dissatisfied with the service of Home Depot partners. Lack of basic tact towards the client. Delivery, installation, connection and removal of old equipment was ordered. Everything was paid for. Instead of three days, the connection took almost three weeks. Total discomfort and waste of working time.

Just had a new compact washer and dryer installed. Easy to use. Dryer takes a bit longer to dry clothes but no other complaints at this time.

Poor performer.

Awful product. When it is running well, it takes and eternity to dry clothes. I could like with that if it wasn't so glitchy. Problems with moisture and running but not drying, and then not running at all. It is fairly new and cost a ton of money. It does a terrible job and has been a source of frustration.

STOPPED WORKING ON THE 5th USE

STOPPED DRYING after the 5th use. The dryer stops working after 10 minutes or less on every cycle with a full load, not a spec of lint and the water empty. I got an error message that there is lint and so will not dry. I have owned other condensation dryers for 20 years and I know how they work. This is a dud and AJ Madison is refusing to replace it so I have a big paperweight, no dryer. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL

Avoid

Bought in Feb. Had service technician out 3times by July. It still does not work. Unit leaks, overheats, and shuts off mid-cycle. Electrolux is unhelpful.
