Love this toilet that was a replacement for a wall hung that was 50 yrs old! It fit the spot perfectly. Easy to install (well, the plumber made it look easy).

No carrier system or hardware included

Extremely disappointed that this product shows a carrier system in the installation instructions and does not include it. Fully expected a complete product. Not only not included, they don’t even make a carrier system and will not recommend one of a different brand. I can’t rate the product because I have not figured out how I’m going to install it. This is not a complete product in box.

We live in Hawaii and our local stores do not carry this wall hung toilet. It would have taken 60-90 to custom order. We got these in 1 week. Awesome

Excellent purchase

Installation was without a hitch. Toilet works great - - big improvement over the one it replaced.

The toilet works fine except hat it leaks from the black silicone flapper. Reacher dissapoiting seeing how much it cost and how little it’s been used. Trying to get in touch with American Standard for our next steps.

Order through a contractor or builder

Absolutely terrible. After waiting 1-1/2 weeks for it to arrive, we opened the box and the toilet was broken in pieces. It was in use to pack it up, return to store and start over. Did not order replacement through Lowe’s. No quality check.

Flappers not sealing

Problems with the flappers not sealing a month after I purchased this toilet, running and bubbling constantly. I was told it’s because of the water but I don’t think a built up would happen in less than a month’s time. I’ve ordered extra flappers but I’m considering replacing or returning it after a year. I was sent two sets of silicone parts??? . Expensive purchase with high water bills and service calls. Very Dissatisfied.

Broken upon arrival

Should have trusted the reviews, it was shattered with it arrived.

Purchased approx.3 weeks ago I installed myself. So far so good follow instructions just push lever and release and don't hold and everything seems to exit

The toilet did not come with the necessary mounting hardware

We are happy with this new toilet and the way it functions. How every, we only have one American Standard Toilet, even though we purchased four. Three arrived with either broken tank or bowl. One broke after install and it was replaced.

The double flapper doesnt work well. The water is constantly running. If someone flushes, the tank completely empties the water and doesnt refill until I hold the 2xflappers in place. Its a nightmare. Trying to contact support to see if they can provide a replacement.

This is absolutely an amazing replacement/upgrade to anyone that has an older American Standard Wall hung toilet. My home (1963) built can with tank mounted wall hung by American Standard which that stopped making in 1977. The first replacement was a pressure assisted wall hung which was HORRIBLE and a nightmare. This UPGRADED addition is the TRUTH and heaven sent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product to anyone.

Exactly what we needed and will be replacing the remaining toilets with this in the near future.

Because of the age difference, the install took more time than necessary. It was supposed to be delivered to my address, instead it was delivered to a store several miles away.

The Glenwall VorMax toilet is a very nice toilet overall, however a key item for installation is not included with the toilet. The chromed 5/8" nuts needed to fasten the toilet to the wall are not incuded with the toilet, nor are these available at my local Lowe's. As a result, I was not able to install the toilet during the weekend as planned, but had to go to a local professional plumbing supply house during their weekday operating hours to purchase these. Had this been clearly communicated in the Lowes listing for this toilet, I could have purchased these ahead of time and saved myself from significant frustration.

Perfect fit. Exactly as described, easy install, hard to mess this one up
